The guy who caught them only mentioned the war gods the rest are literal fodder and the 2 war gods probably weren't high valuable. The only reason this is going to court is because of Luo Fengs position and because of their affiliation with the the HR Alliance.

None of this shit happened in the novel. They tried to run and when got caught they threatened with bomb and then got arrested, presented to the court/martial hall and the judges gave permission to Luo feng to carry-out the execution. Just follow the novel ffs.
